As well as helping to define People Strategy, we work with HR teams to design and implement solutions to achieve goals in areas such as employee engagement, leadership and talent development, organisational design and mentoring high potentials.

We also work with HR Heads to improve the performance and capabilities of the HR group and can also supplement the HR team to work on specific issues such as post merger cultural integration, restructuring, downsizing and exiting businesses.

For many organisations, it is becoming ever more difficult and expensive to quickly fill key positions.  Many companies are overwhelmed by a flood of applicants and it can be very time consuming to sift through all of the candidates to ensure that the ‘ace in the pack’ is not overlooked.  At Orion, we have significant experience in this area and we offer a complete ‘end to end’ recruitment screening service.

Our initial approach is to get to know your organisation and your culture and understand exactly what you are looking for from your recruitment.  The service we provide is tailored to meet your specific needs and can include any or all of the following:

  • Develop and refine job specifications
  • Document what it means to be ‘your kind of person’ (including competencies if applicable)
  • Initial CV screening and response to candidates
  • 1st interview screening with appropriate reporting
  • Shortlisting suitable candidates and reviewing with you
  • Management information at all stages
